Medium comfortably fits most dogs weighing up to 6kg.Large slings are 5 inches deeper and 5 inches wider than the medium and comfortably fits most dogs up to 12kg. Sorry you felt the need to leave a one star review. After you emailed me, explaining that you were struggling with your puppy in the sling. You told me it had been used it twice before realising it wasn't suitable. I regretfully informed you at that time of our returns policy which is published on our website, stating that we cannot refund used products, though we are happy to refund unused products and have done so many times for customers finding the sling unsuitable or requiring alternative sized slings. I did also mention that we have had Labrador puppies and 16kg whippets successfully use this size so I am surprised you’re not finding it unsuitable.

Best puppy dog sling I have ever used
I have purchased this sling for my chorkie when she was 9 weeks. She is 20 weeks and it is her nest when she gets tired. She also settles on it when we are in a restaurant or pub.It really is So well make and stylish. It probably would benefit form a phone pocket perhaps on the strap. But plenty of room in there to put a small bag. And lead. Poo bags attach to front d ring.most of all an extremely comfortable dog slung due to the wide cross body strap. I love it and so does my pup 🐶 oh I made a fleecy blanket liner for it for the colder days on a walk. Perhaps that is an accessories to consider making ? Thanks

Received tweed dog sling day after order, AMAZING QUALITY
Super fast delivery, amazing customer service ( had added msg to please send by courier if postal strikes and I pay difference) got call from super lovely lady who checked other orders/ delivery times updating all looked fine, no delays.
Arrive next day. What brilliant quality, all stitching is perfect, super quality material too. Puppy will love it, collecting her soon, will pop her in sling so she feels safe. Don’t buy foreign makes,,,, buy British,,, you won’t be disappointed, I promise.
