KeepCool Dog Coats have been specifically designed to keep your dog cool however hot it gets. They are environmentally friendly, brilliant for all outdoor activities (before, during and after), walking, obedience, car travel or even sailing on your boat. They feel cool and soft to the touch, are lightweight, breathable, durable and do not drip. The adjustable velcro tabs are simple, secure and comfortable.

Made from a unique synthetic microporous material that is activated by water. As it puts moisture into the product, the capillary action of the microporous material and the controlled evaporation actually cools your dog more than the outdoor air without making them wet. It is super absorbent - absorbs 6 times faster and holds 100% more water than any other material. They are easy to use, just soak in cool water for a few minutes (no refrigeration necessary), lightly ring out and place on your dog.

It has been tried and tested to keep your dog cool for up to four hours at temperatures of 30c and much longer on a normal summers day! You can extend the cooling effect after several hours with a hose or from a bottle.

KeepCool Dog Coats have helped dogs with illnesses that cause breathing difficulties in the heat and has saved lives. They can be worn 24/7, help prevent panting and moderate breathing, relieving stress. It has been tested with a thermal imager that showed that the cool coat will help an already overheated dog reduce its temperature to normal within 5-10 minutes.

H.M. Customs and Excise at Heathrow Airport use KeepCool Dog Coats in difficult conditions to keep their sniffer dogs cool during work and at rest. They are also used by the MOD, other Government Agencies, Flyball Teams, Obedience/Agility Training, General Public, and by many top show dogs. It has been personally tested by the Government Agencies and they have found that this product is the best on the market for what it does.

Please note that the unique material is naturally stiff/hard when dry, but becomes flexible soft and supple when soaked, and will expand by 1 inch all round when wet. It is recommended that it is air dried between uses and can be stored in the bag that is provided. They are unaffected by mould or mildew, are machine washable at max 30c, use non-biological powder and are re-usable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.

Returns

Products returned must be unused/unopened, in original condition, and all tags and labels intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please ensure when sending back a return you include a note of your name, order number or copy of instore receipt and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

• Perishable goods such as food and treats cannot be returned.
• Shampoos, colognes, b-balm, and other hygiene products subject to return restrictions.
• Gift Cards
• Some health and personal care items

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please be aware this is subject to the normal banking system and may take up to 4 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless approved.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@slickersdoghouse.co.uk

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your purchase though we do ask you to allow for up to 14 days for your delivery to arrive.  On rare occasions we may need to contact you regarding your order.

Orders between £0 - £49.99 are delivered within 14 working days for just £4.99

Orders between £50.00 - £99.99 are delivered within 14 working days for just £6.99, however there are a select few individual items with a fixed shipping charge of £10.00 due to their size.

Orders over £100.00 are delivered within 14 working days for just £9.99.

Jersey & Guernsey

Orders between £0 - £49.99 are delivered within 21 working days, delivery charge is £10.00, however there are a select few individual items with a fixed shipping charge of £70.00 due to their size.

Orders between £50.00 - £99.99 are delivered within 21 working days, delivery charge is £30.00

European Continent
