This is the working dog version of your favorite dog raincoat. It keeps your dog dry and comfortable even after hours in the rain during missions and training. The rugged outer layer is windproof and waterproof with a 15,000 mm water column. In the middle of the action, the highly breathable membrane ensures ventilation and reduces condensation, preventing heat buildup.
Designed for full freedom of movement, the raincoat features adjustable cinch points at the head, neck, and back for the perfect fit. Leg straps keep the jacket secure in high winds, and once adjusted, it stays in place, even when using the mid-back leash opening.
Your dog is protected from mud by the adjustable belly section, which features drainage holes to prevent water from gathering under your dog’s chest, reducing discomfort and cold.
The silent outer fabric maximizes your dog’s stealth during operations. Hook-and-loop systems on each side allow for customized patches to display identification or improve visibility.

Delivery charges
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your purchase, please allow unto 5 days for delivery. For all preorders we do ask you to allow for up to 14 days for your delivery to arrive, on rare occasions we may need to contact you regarding your order.

Orders up to £49.99 are delivered for £4.99.
Orders from £50.00 to £99.99 are delivered for £6.99. Please note, a small number of larger items carry a fixed shipping charge of £10.00.
Orders over £100.00 are delivered for £9.99.

Orders between £0 - £49.99 are delivered within 21 working days, delivery charge is £10.00, however there are a select few individual items with a fixed shipping charge of £70.00 due to their size.

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
Products returned must be unused/unopened, in original condition, and all tags and labels intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure when sending back a return you include a note of your name, order number or copy of instore receipt and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as food and treats cannot be returned.
- Shampoos, colognes, b-balm, and other hygiene products subject to return restrictions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please be aware this is subject to the normal banking system and may take up to 4 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless approved.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@slickersdoghouse.co.uk
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
